These files include the data collection instruments (informed consent info sheet, qualitative survey guide, and ePN mock-up reviewed with participants during their interviews), as well as the qualitative codebook and review of code application by frequency and density. Due to the sensitive nature of the data collected, no potential identifiers, including direct quotes, are able to be shared by the investigators.
