metatranscriptome of Tibet Plateau cryosphere

The Tibetan Plateau contains the largest area of cryosphere in the mid-low latitude regions, which is one of the most sensitive areas on Earth to climate change. Here we analyzed 79 metatranscriptomes from cryosphere ecosystems including glaciers, proglacial lake sediments, permafrost-affected wetland and grassland soils.
