Esophageal carcinoma is a common and aggressive malignancy, and its patients have dismal clinical outcomes. There are a few approved targeted therapy agents for ESCC in clinical. Here, we performed a transcriptome (RNA-seq) on ESCC cell line KYSE150 after Trametinib or Trametinib+Stattic treatment, generating the largest RNA-seq dataset in KYSE150 to date.
