Drosophila SIFaR Mutant DAM and FLIC Data

Data are Trikinetics Drosophila Activity Monitor text files, which report DAM beam breaks per minute over 7 d of recording and Fly Liquid Food Interaction Counter (FLIC) 30 minute binned FLIC feeding data text files, which report the number of FLIC feeding 'licks' in each 30 minute period over 6 d of recording. All data were obtained from male flies under constant dark conditions at 25 degrees Celsius. Flies are SIFaR mutants and associated control lines. The file labeled "SIFaR Mutant DAM and FLIC Experiment Parameters" contains information on well/channel assignments for DAM/FLIC experiments.
