Miocene_global_stack.txt - Text file of global Miocene stack from Hobart et al (submitted to Clim. Past Discussions, 2026) with columns for Age (kyr ago), stack d18O (per mil, uncorrected), and standard deviation (per mil). Mid-Miocene_eep_stack.txt - Text file of Eastern Equatorial Pacific Mid-Miocene stack from Hobart et al (submitted to Clim. Past Discussions, 2026) with columns for Age (kyr ago), stack d18O (per mil, uncorrected), and standard deviation (per mil). In the zipped file: stack_calculations_plots.m - Matlab code to convert BIGMACS outputs to the composite global stack and to produce the manuscript figures and to calculate the trends/transitions results presented in the manuscript. All raw data to produce the global and EEP stacks are found in the directories BIGMACS_Inputs and BIGMACS_Outputs.
