Environmental data layers and R script for estimating giant panda distribution

Included is the R script used in the analyses done in the paper. The environmental data layers used in these analyses are available upon request - they are publically available but we can save you time in the download/processing. The files are very large and cannot be uploaded here, however. Giant panda presence data is restricted due to their threatened status.
