RNA-sequencing liver samples from mice with Zc3h12a deletion after 3, 6, 9 months DEN administration

In experimental model of HCC induction in mice, by intraperitoneal administration of diethylnitrosamine (DEN), long exposure to DEN leads to the development of HCC after 32-36 weeks. In the project we looked at the tumor development in time in order to characterize molecular pathways related to inflammatory response.For sequencing in this experiment, we used material from liver of female control mice (Mcpip1fl/fl) and female mice with hepatocyte-specific knockout of the Zc3h12a gene (Mcpip1fl/flAlbCre) 3, 6 and 9 months after DEN administration, 6 per group.
