Supporting data for "Regulation of T cell responses by ∆42PD1 or mitochondria during viral infections"

All data in this dataset are for supporting the thesis "<i>Regulation of T cell responses by ∆42PD1 or mitochondria during viral infections</i>" by Yufei Mo. This dataset includes two parts: (1) regulation of CD4+ T cell responses by ∆42PD1 on Vδ2 T cell and (2) regulation of αβ-T cell responses by mitochondria in SARS-CoV-2 infection. The first part of dataset (namely as <i>∆42PD1_Vd2</i>) includes both raw and processed data collected via flow cytometry, western blotting and confocal scanning. The second part of dataset (namely as <i>MD_T_nCoV2</i>) includes both raw and processed data collected via flow cytometry.
