Multiomics analysis of the NAD+ -PARP1 axis reveals a role for site specific ADP ribosylation in splicing in embryonic stem cells

RNA-seq was performed in WT or Parp1-/- mESC cells over a time course of differentiation performed by LIF removal and suspension culture starting at 0 hour. for a total of 20 samples, including 2 replicates Overall design: Cells were harvested at 0hr, 6hr, 12hr, 24hr, and 72hrs of LIF removal. Sequencing done in paired-end manner 150bp insert lenght. Biological Replicate 1&2 - however biological replicate #1 didn't recieve enough reads and another replicate will be processed.
