The purpose of this experiment is to investigate whether SCML2 affects apoptosis of tumor cells after DNA damage.
Conclusion:
After DNA damage, the apoptosis rate of tumor cells significantly increased after knocking out SCML2.
Notes:
Inducers of DNA damage include CPT, Hu, Doxorubicin, Cisplatin. The flow cytometer automatic compensation was performed.
