This study aimed to explore the genes repressed by DNA methylation, since their expression will be activated by DNMTi treatment. Overall design: DNA methylation negatively regulates gene expression at pre-transcription level. Thus, we aimed to identify potent genes upregulated by 5-Aza-CdR (25, 50 µM) in HaCaT cells.
