This data was used to form a preliminary analysis of toxins appearing in the venom of a member of the Corallimorpharia, specifically the genus Rhodactis from Australia. Read naming convention is as follows Corallimorpharia (C); the tissue the reads pertain to; the number designated to the individual. Discal (inner) tentacles (CI1) and mesenterial filament (CM1) from one individual, and marginal tentacle (CO3) from a second individual were collected, all tissue preserved in RNAlater. Sequencing - Illumina NGS – HiSeq 4000 (v04 HCS 3.3.52), 100bp paired-end, PolyA enriched, double barcoded, adapters not trimmed. Tissue collected when venom expression would be highest in the animals.
