Genome-wide profiling of gamma-ray-responsive transcriptomes from Arabidopsis thaliana ecotype Col-0

To analyze the genes of which their expressions are modulated by gamma irradiation, we performed the whole genome expression microarray profiling by comparing normal whole seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana as control with those of gamma irradiated as test sample. Gamma-ray-responsive gene expression in the whole seedlings of 14-day-old Arabidopsis thaliana was measured 24 hours after gamma irradiation with a dose rate of 50 Gy/hour for 4 hours. This experiment was repeated five times using independent biological samples at different days.
