We analyzed the micro-RNA of 4-days-old queen larvae and worker larvae from Apis mellifera. We obtained about 3376950 and 3065428 total claen reads from QL and WL, respectively. And detected 78 and 71 known honey bee miRNAs in QL and WL, respectively.
