资源简介:
The soybean hawkmoth, Clanis bilineata tsingtauica (CBT), is a significant agricultural pest affecting soybean and other leguminous crops across East and South Asia. diapause, a stage-specific developmental arrest, is widely exploited by insects to bridge unfavorable seasons. Considerable progress has been made in understanding the ecology, physiology and evolutionary implications of insect diapause, yet intriguing questions remain. In this study, we compared the salivary gland mRNA between the Non-diapause and diapause 5 instar larva. Our datasets can be reused for key genes and proteins identification, omics joint analysis and regulatory mechanism analysis of diapause in CBT, which will help understanding the regulatory mechanism and facilitate the molecular diapause of insect.
