资源简介：
To investigate the how soil bacteria co-exist at local scale, we conducted a abundance-manipulated in situ experiment. In our experiment, we artifically increased abundance of six randomly-chosen speices in a semiarid grassland of Xilin Gol, Inner Mongolia, where Stipa grandis was the dominant species in vegetation. We monitored the change in soil bacerial community composition during the following year of in situ recovery by 454 pyrosequencing (V1~V3 regions of 16Sr RNA genes ).
