Representative dataset for RheoKit: A Toolkit for Green–Kubo Viscosity Analysis in Tinker and Tinker-HP

Representative dataset to demonstrate the RheoKit workflow. Includes a Parquet file containing the Green–Kubo integrals for 40 independent ethanol simulations at 323.15 K, along with the log files generated by the GK Integrate, Plateau Check, and Stress Fit utilities in RheoKit. Two shell scripts are provided, one in the main directory and one in the shear directory, that show the exact commands used to run each stage of the RheoKit workflow. The shear directory also contains three representative MD output files, their corresponding stress tensor files, and a Parquet file with the associated Green–Kubo integrals.
