Participatory action research study of group music therapy with musicians using arts-based research and thematic analysis

Dataset for a participatory action research study. Twelve open group music therapy sessions were conducted with a total of twelve musicians over the course of twelve weeks. Initially a "map" of sessions was created in order to get a sense of the process as a whole, and also common themes and processes that emerged across sessions. Thematic analysis was done on all twelve of the transcripts that were transcribed verbatim.
