Structural and functional characteristics of soil microbial biodiversity in forest and agricultural ecosystems

The objective of the study is to structurally characterize microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) in forest and agricultural soils and to compare these environments in terms of microbial composition. The research will be conducted to identify quantitatively and qualitatively soil microorganisms in a forest soil and in an agricultural field located in close proximity to a forest complex. Attempt to isolate characteristic groups of microorganisms for each type of soil and show the differences between the composition of soil microflora.
