This dataset contains the Boolean networks used in the experiments, which are sourced from the PyBoolNet repository and cover both synthetic and real-world systems. Each Boolean network is converted into a logic program, and state transitions are generated by applying the TP operator across all possible states. The systems included in this dataset have up to 18 variables, with the total number of state transitions reaching as high as 262,144. The task is to learn rules from the observed state transitions.
