根据交通部接收到的新能源车实时上报数据加工成数据产品，在用户授权的前提下，通过API服务传输，包括观测期内最近一次充电时间，观测期内总充电天数、观测期内总充电次数等数据项。

This data product is processed from real-time reported data of new energy vehicles (NEVs) received by the Ministry of Transport. Transmitted via API services with explicit user authorization, it encompasses data items including the most recent charging time during the observation period, the total number of charging days within the observation period, and the total number of charging events within the observation period.
