Prediction and Analysis of Detergent Product Effectiveness Using Machine Learning

This dataset contains standardized and outlier-free formulation and performance data used for machine learning model development in the study “Prediction and Analysis of Detergent Product Effectiveness Using Machine Learning.” All variables have been normalized using the Z-score method and anonymized to remove proprietary details from PT XYZ. The dataset represents the derived data used to train Random Forest, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Support Vector Regression (SVR) models. Raw industrial data from PT XYZ are not included due to confidentiality restrictions. Data preparation followed BINUS University’s Open Data and Research Integrity Guidelines (2024).
