Genomic Characterization of Ovarian Cancer Patient-derived Organoids. Homo sapiens

Previous studies have revealed that organoids derived from cancer patients recapitulate the genomic profiles and drug response heterogeneity of the corresponding tumors. We found one case of platinum-resistant PDO and one case of PARPi-resistant PDO. We performed WES to explore the possible genetic mechanisms.
