资源简介:
Pork quality is closely related to human health and have received wide attention over the recent 10 years. Changing n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio is a potential nutritional strategy to improve pork quality. In this study, we determined the effects of n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio on the serum fatty acid composition and metabolome-microbiome responses in Heigai pigs, which is on of Chinese local fatty breeds. Our study revealed dietary n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio significantly changed the relative abundance of genera including Cellulosilyticum, Bacteroides, Alloprevotella, Slackia and Sporobacter and also altered the metabolome profiles in the colon. Our study provides a new insight into regulating metabolism of pig and further producing high quality pork through nutritional strategy.
