Opinion on compensation to victims of bank fraud in Russia 2020

As of December 2020, more than one half of respondents in Russia stated that the issuing bank should be responsible for compensating its clients in case they fell victim to bank card fraud. At the same time, more than 30 percent of survey participants believed that the card holders themselves should bare the responsibility.
