The objective is to improve our understanding of the effect the working environment has on individuals' health, well-being and personality. The surveys also gives a measure of the extent of different types of destructive behaviour in Norwegian work places (sexual harassment, conflicts and destructiv leadership as well as bullying). First time the survey was conducted was in 2005, second time in 2007, and this dataset stems from the third and final survey in 2010. The reason for following the same persons at three different points of time over a period of six years is to observe development over time regarding the above-mentioned research questions.
