Transcriptome assembly of Pastinaca sativa using the raw data in NCBI (PRJEB43865). We using Trimmomatic v0.39 to filter the raw sequences (LEADING:20, TRAILING:20, SLIDINGWINDOW:4:20 MINLEN:50). And then, using RiboDetector v0.2.4 to remove rRNA sequences. After that, we de novo assembly the sequences using Trinity v2.13.2 software with k-mer 31, min_kmer_cov 2.
