Adaptation of Penicillium nalgiovense and Penicillium salamii to dry-cured meat

We sequenced the genomes of 54 samples of Penicillium nalgiovense, P. salamii, P. olsonii, and P. biforme, the two first species being found on dry-cured meat, and the two others being their sister species, and one outgroup, P. egyptiacum. We used HiSeq3000 Illumina sequencer, with a mean and median final coverage of 38x and 10x respectively.We also sequenced one P. nalgiovense and one P. salamii with the P6/C4 Pacific Biosciences SMRT technology.
