Sequencing run reports and per-read summaries for Oxford Nanopore PromethION sequencing of GRAVL/DoD sample pools
收藏资源简介:
MinKNOW run reports, per-read sequencing summaries, pore-activity and throughput tables, sample sheets and barcode assignment summaries from Oxford Nanopore PromethION sequencing of the GRAVL / DoD (BARDA) multiplexed sample pools, generated by the Mason Lab at Weill Cornell Medicine between September 2024 and October 2025. These are the ancillary run-level records that accompany the raw signal data: they document flow cell performance, run duration, read length and quality distributions, barcode demultiplexing, and the basecalling configuration used, and they remain useful for interpreting the deposited reads long after the working copies of the run directories are deleted. The corresponding raw nanopore signal data (POD5) is deposited separately in the European Nucleotide Archive under study ERP172225. Basecalled reads are not included here, as they belong in ENA rather than in a general-purpose repository. Note on scope: basecaller client logs are omitted as they carry no interpretive value at this volume, and the 2025-10-06 GRAVL-10plex pool directories are omitted because they are duplicate copies of the September 2025 pools' basecalling output (identical file counts and identical sequencing_summary checksums).
