The fraction from Allium chinense G. Don extract alleviates myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by regulating platelet aerobic glycolysis

Utilizing the in vitro ADP-induced platelet aggregation assay in conjunction with UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS/MS to identify the best antiplatelet active fractions of the ethanol extracts of Allium chinense. In vivo experiments were performed using the myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MI/RI) model in SD rats. We explored the molecular mechanism of ethanol extracts of Allium chinense's anti-platelet effect by platelet transcriptome sequencing and western blot experiments.
