The OR with 95% CI shown is for the risk allele. Pallele is the P value for comparison of the allele distribution between the cases and controls. Pgenotype is the P value for comparison of genotype distribution between the cases and controls after adjusting age, gender and BMI as confounding factors. Empirical P values were calculated through 10,000 permutations for the difference of allele distribution between cases and controls.
