STAVIRO example dataset, from data acquisition to the computation of Essential Biodiversity Variables and Essential Ocean Variables

This folder contains an example of STAVIRO dataset, based on the Entrecasteaux survey conducted in 2015 in the Natural Park of the Coral Sea. It includes: metadata, annotation files, files with Essential Biodiversity Variables (EBV) on fishes and benthic habitats, related documentation, examples of images, and related references. It is aimed at providing an example of underwater imagery dataset with complete documentation on the workflow from data acquisition to EBV production as defined in the French-Australian collaboration QuatreA. The information provided should enable a proper reuse of the data.
