Cohort Demonstrator CHUV dataset (2007-2025)

This dataset was obtained from a data extraction from CHUV CDWH, for STCS patients followed at CHUV. Corresponding patient records were identified using the linkage log (STCS person IDs linked with Hospital person ID) of HORUS. The RDF Schema used to extract the data re-used 23 SPHN concepts, such as 'Lab Test', which included 17 different types of laboratory tests identified by LOINC codes. Transformation into RDF using the SPHN connector and transferred to CHIL after encryption with sett. This data can be browsed and queried on CHIL by authorized researchers. By the end of the current week (06/08/2025), this data will be integrated into 3LC, the STCS research database. This data will increase the granularity of the data available for research.
