Minimal Variant Frequency Dataset for cfDNA Genomic Analysis in Advanced NSCLC

This dataset comprises anonymized aggregate variant frequency data obtained from circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) next-generation sequencing analyses conducted on a real-world cohort of patients with advanced non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It does not include individual-level clinical and genomic data. To ensure full compliance with ethical and privacy standards, only the number of patients harboring each detected somatic variant was provided. This dataset was generated to support the manuscript entitled “cfDNA Genomic Analysis Reveals Histological and Metastatic Patterns in Advanced NSCLC,” submitted to Discover Oncology.
