Neurospora crassa transcription factor DAPseq

The goal of this study is to determine Neurospora transcription factor binding sites of a number of transcription factors of interest and to determine if DAPseq achievable with fungal transcription factors. Many of the transcription factors tested have been studied previously and have comparable ChIPseq data sets. The majority of transcription factors tested are involved in nutrient acquisition and carbon metabolism.
