资源简介:
The mortality rate for patients with trauma is 5.8 million per year. For people aged 15-49, trauma is one of the three leading causes of death. Activation of the coagulation system, intractable hypoxemia, infections and acidosis accompanying post-traumatic patients cannot be separated from trauma immunization. The purpose of this research is to understand the expression of immune cells in patients after trauma, especially severe multiple injuries, and to construct an immune cell profile of patients with multiple injuries. The inclusion criteria for trauma patients are: 1) male trauma patients (manual laborers with ISS score > 25) 2) Patients between the ages of 18 and 50 years. 3) No blood transfusion and no hormonal therapy prior to specimen collection 4) No significant immunosuppression. 5) About 8-16 h after the injury. This research studied the early immunity of patients with multiple injuries, and collected single cell information from three patients with multiple injuries and three control patients to clarify the early immunity of patients with multiple injuries and to understand the initiating factors of immunity in patients with multiple injuries.
