Photographic documentation of fungal growth in bioreactors during composting of organic waste substrates

<p>The dataset presents photographic documentation consisting of 18 images taken for 9 reactors containing different substrates/organic wastes: Reactors 7–9 – wheat straw, Reactors 10–12 – grass, Reactors 19–21 – biowaste mix. Two photos were taken for each reactor: one showing the entire bioreactor with the lid, which displays the reactor number, and the other – a close-up. The photographs document the appearance of fungi covering the surface of the organic waste in the bioreactors.</p>
