RELs database (Rainfall Events with Landslides) in Calabria

<strong>REL (Rainfall Events with Landslides) </strong>is a database of rainfall-induced landslides in the Calabria region (southern Italy) for the period <strong>1921–2020</strong>, compiled through historical research in archival documentary sources<strong>.</strong> It comprises <strong>3,006 records</strong>, each representing a reported rainfall-induced landslide in Calabria during 1921–2020 that caused some form of damage significant enough to be recorded in historical sources.Each record includes <strong>seven fields</strong>, representing:<br><strong>ID:</strong> the record identification number<strong>Year:</strong> the year of occurrence of the landslide<strong>Month:</strong> the month of occurrence<strong>Day:</strong> the day of occurrence<strong>Municipality:</strong> the municipality where the landslide occurred<strong>Duration (days):</strong> the duration of the triggering rainfall event<strong>Cumulative rainfall (mm):</strong> the total rainfall recorded over the days defining the event.<br><br>
