HEC-RAS 2D Dam Breach Dataset – Tanahu Hydropower Project (Worst-Case Scenario)

This dataset contains all necessary input files to run a worst-case dam breach simulation for the Tanahu Storage Hydropower Project using HEC-RAS 2D. It includes geometry files, inflow hydrographs, terrain data, land cover-based Manning’s n assignments, and mapping outputs (flood depth, velocity, arrival time). The breach scenario simulates an overtopping failure under a 10,000-year return period flood. This data is intended for flood risk analysis, dam safety planning, hazard mapping, and academic research. The dataset is compressed in a single .zip file for ease of use.
