资源简介:

This study innovatively constructs a ternary synergistic system comprising a functionally complementary ST-PGPR consortium combined with optimized organic amendments. In novel synergistic system, biochar as a physical sanctuary for salt adsorption, organic fertilizer as a nutrient reservoir, and the functional microbial consortium as a biological activator that transforms nutrients, produces beneficial metabolites, and selectively enriches key native microbes. This integrated approach significantly enhances soil quality by reducing electrical conductivity, increasing nutrient availability, and boosting key enzyme activities. The treatment also promoted wheat growth, alleviated osmotic and oxidative stress, and enriched keystone microbial taxa, while fostering a more complex and cooperative bacterial network. This integrated physical-chemical-biological approach, offers a scalable strategy for enhancing agricultural sustainability in salt-affected regions.
