This is a datapack for the tutorial at https://anvio.org/tutorials/fmt-mag-metabolism/. It contains 40 MAGs from our recent study (https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-023-02924-x), which have been updated to include KOfam annotations from the KEGG snapshot `v2023-09-22` in anvi'o (with modules-db hash `a2b5bde358bb`).
