Effect of ferroptosis on downstream gene activation in mouse macrophages

Ferroptosis has long been debated whether it is pro- or anti-inflammatory. Here we provide the transcriptional activation levels of macrophages that have been incubated with non-ferroptotic and ferroptotic supernatants. Overall design: Mouse primary bone marrow derived macrophages were incubated with non-ferroptotic or ferroptotic supernatants for 24h and RNA is isolated.
