Supplementary materials for the manuscript "Neotropical origin, a globally conserved ancestral host plant association, and a taxonomic nightmare in tortoise beetles (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Cassidini)", submitted for peer review. This repository includes the datasets, BEAST XML input files, BEAUti project files, analysis scripts, and output files used to infer phylogenetic relationships, divergence times, and ancestral biogeographic history. These files are provided to ensure the reproducibility of the analyses presented in the manuscript.
