Conflicts of interest in randomized controlled trials of grass pollen sublingual immunotherapy tablets: extraction data and reproduction script

Extraction data, data dictionary and reproduction script for the systematic mapping study of conflicts of interest in randomized controlled trials of grass pollen sublingual immunotherapy tablets, registered in PROSPERO as CRD420261343177. The package contains the complete extraction workbook covering fourteen randomized placebo-controlled trials of Grazax, Grastek and Oralair published between 2004 and 2017, coded independently by two extractors working blind to each other across nine conflict-of-interest categories. It also contains a Python script that recomputes every figure reported in the manuscript, together with the expected output for verification. The study codes conflicts of interest declared by other researchers, and a study of that kind carries an obligation to expose its own judgements to inspection.
