MDAMB231 cells were treated with 5'Fluorouracil for the development of chemoresistance cell lines. RNA sequencing was performed for both parental and resistance MDAMB231 cells. Objective was to identify essential pathway genes that are differentially expressed during development of chemo resistant phenotype.
