The dataset named SegPC-2021 contains microscopic images captured from bone marrow aspiration slides of patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma (MM), alongside cell instance masks corresponding to the malignant cells within each image. The images are available in two resolutions: 2040×1536 and 1920×2560. This dataset was created using Jenner-Giemsa staining and a color normalization pipeline. It includes 298 training images, 200 validation images, and 277 test images. The core task of this dataset is cell instance segmentation.
