The whole dataset folder is supporting data for thesis “Effects from Climate and Hydrology on Subtropical Mangroves”. This thesis aims to systematically evaluate the natural effects from climate and hydrology on subtropical mangrove ecosystems and to predict the potential changes of mangroves in the context of future climate change. The dataset includes macro- climatic and hydrological variables, groundwater piezometric head and salinity data, a 3D hydro-vegetation model and native mangrove growth data.<br>
