The volumes show dates of hearing, names of litigants, respective attorneys and correspondents and in some cases names of witnesses examined. Minutes are perfunctory but generally show decisions of the court, judgments regarding costs, judgments concerning applications for custody of children and results of applications for decrees nisi to be made absolute. As well as final judgments in suits, preliminary hearings before Hargrave, J. in Chambers (for purpose of determining hearing at a later date) are included.(5/2904-05). 2 vols.
