Digital gene expression profiles analysis of adult Gobiocypris rarus gonads after EDCs exposure

Aiming to investigate the effects of EDCs (BPA, EE2, MT) on gonads of rare minnow Gobiocypris rarus and initially explore the mechanism therein, twenty-four libraries, duplicate samples from the control groups, 1, 15 and 225 µg/L BPA treatments groups, 25 ng/L EE2 treatment groups, and 100 ng/L MT treatment groups of both sex rare minnow, with a total number of clean reads ranged from 6.50 to 12.28 million were obtained.
