We developed CottonGD , the first comprehensive database built upon 28 T2T‑level cotton genomes. Based on a graph‑based pangenome, CottonGD captures the complete variations diversity of the genomes and catalogs 761,536 high‑confidence structural variations (SVs) compared previous reports. It also integrates phenotypic data for 1,671 upland cotton accessions, 420 transcriptomic profiles across 15 tissues and extensive functional annotations for genomes.
